Congenital Hypertraphic Pyloric Stenosis with Jaundice

Abstract
Congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis is one of the common neonatal surgical problems.
Vomiting is the earliest manifestation and usually begins at about 2 or 6 weeks after birth.
Jaundice is rarely associated with pyloric stenosis and the incidence is about 2%.
We experienced a case of the congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis with jaundice in the premature infant who developed vomiting just after birth. We report this case with a brief review of the literatures.
